What You Should Do As You Approach Your Senior Year (90 credits or more)...

- Obtain a copy of your transcript from the Registrar's Office or download it from Brother Lewis. Review the transcript for accuracy. Make sure that there are no discrepancies regarding:

• Transfer credits posted
• Grade changes processed
• AP credits posted

- Ensure that any course waivers, substitutions, exemptions that may have been approved by your Academic Department are on record in the Dean's Office.

- Meet with your Advisor to review the coursework in you major. Complete the graduation application, available online or in the Dean’s Office. If you have questions, schedule an appointment with one of the Assistant Deans in the School of Arts and Sciences. (Note: If you are in the Honor's Program, you should meet with Mr. John Grady, Director of the Honor's Program.)

- Fill out an application for graduation in Dean's office

What You Need...

A minimum of:

• 120 credits
• 38 courses
• 2.0 GPA in most majors (Education & Social Work are higher)
• 2.0 GPA overall (again, Education & Social Work are higher)
• Doubles & FYO
• At Home & Abroad requirement

***WALK THROUGH***

Students who are eligible to be considered a "Walk-Through" for the May Commencement, must have written approval from their Dean's Office.

No more than three courses left to complete
Minimum GPA of 2.0 overall
Minimum GPA of 2.0 in the major

Walk-through applications are available in the Dean's Offices. If you believe you are eligible, please make an appointment to see an Assistant Dean.
