your Nursing Scholarship Program application packet from 1-866-867-6856
or email nhsc@iqsolutions.com.
The documents that you may download from this Web site are
for informational purposes only and will not be accepted for
application consideration. Submit the forms in the application
packet mailed to you by NSP. Your
application packet must be completed and returned to the
Nursing Scholarship Program postmarked no later than June
30, 2003. Applications postmarked after June 30, 2003
will not be considered for funding.

in detail the eligibility, service and application requirements
of the program. |

you submit your Free
Application for Federal Student Aid |

Assemble
your completed application packet, make a copy for your own
files and mail your application in the envelope included with
