  • Developed innovative curricula, identifying several specialization tracks, and introducing a track in "Management of Public Systems."
  • Participated in a team that started up La Salle's MBA program (including pertinent activities in curriculum design, admissions standards, faculty recruiting, etc.).
  • Led a four-fold growth in the department's faculty.

 

Founding Director of Applied Research Center

  • Obtained over half a million dollars in research grants and contracts.
  • Ensured the delivery of research and training to client satisfaction.
  • Built a national reputation and a niche for La Salle in nonprofit management.
  • Developed policies for effective governance of the center.
