Profile
An Assistant Professor of Accounting, Professor Massimini received his B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, his MBA from La Salle University and his ABD in Accounting at Drexel University. He became certified in accounting in Pennsylvania. He is currently devoted full time to teaching accounting. He received the Lindback Award for Distinguished Teaching in 1988. He has taught most of the courses in accounting at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Professor Massimini has served as a book reviewer of an advanced accounting text and as an expert witness for an attorney in accounting-related matters. Additionally, he has given technical assistance to firms in the Philadelphia area. Previously he was an audit supervisor with a Big Four accounting firm and a controller, treasurer, and member of the executive committee of a regional real estate developer.
