La Salle University, Auxiliary Services, currently has an opening for a Full Time Assistant Manager for our on-campus Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Store.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Training & supervising student and hourly staff
• Maintaining safe food handling and preparation standards
• Handling cash transactions and records
• Food production and inventory control
• Developing market strategies, special events and menus

Candidate must be a customer service-oriented person with a minimum of three years experience in a restaurant/ food service institution as well as be available to work late nights and weekends.
