The Department seeks to fill the position of Director of Marriage and Family Therapy and Off-Campus Programs. The Director, in cooperation with the Dean of Arts and Sciences, the Chair of the Department, and the Graduate Director, is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the goals and objectives of the Marriage and Family (MFT) program and the several graduate Psychology programs offered at several off-campus locations.
The position of Director of MFT and Off-Campus Programs is required to hold an advanced degree in psychology (doctorate preferred), be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Pennsylvania, and be certified as an Approved Supervisor by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Additionally, the Director should have several years of administrative experience, particularly with academic programming.
The Director of MFT and Off-Campus Programs reports to the Chair of the Psychology Department through the Graduate Director of the masters program on the MFT Program and the Bucks and Montgomery County campuses, and directly to the Chair on European programs in consultation with the Graduate Director.
Full benefit package includes tuition remission (except for the doctoral program).
