Mission Statement
I. Mission
  To provide administrative services that foster an equitable work environment. We will recommend benefits, policies, procedures, and services that support the management and the University community, enabling it to carry out its mission.
   
II. Values and Beliefs
  In providing and delivering our services to the University and community, we will:
 
Treat each other and those we serve with dignity and respect.
 
"Listen" to each other and "hear" what is being said and give credit where it is due.
 
Exercise honesty and ethical judgment in administering and maintaining University policies and procedures.
 
Continue to seek out ways to be more efficient.
 
Exhibit loyalty in all matters pertaining to the affairs of the University.
 
Use discretion in all of our decisions that impact the University.
     
III. Vision
  The Human Resource Office is viewed upon by the community as an ethical, efficient, and courteous provider of employment, benefit services, wage and salary administration, payroll, training and development, employee relations, and procedural guideline interpretation. Our goal is not only to foster effective partnerships throughout the University, but also to create a work environment that is productive and rewarding. Our strength is generated from the expertise of the HR staff and our commitment to our President, Faculty, Administrators, and Staff. We will ensure the quality of customer satisfaction for all those we serve.

Additionally, we will continue to be a technology driven team, striving to enhance processes and to improve our Human Resources programs for the La Salle community.
