Vision
|
| |
The
Human Resource Office is viewed upon by the community as an ethical,
efficient, and courteous provider of employment, benefit services,
wage and salary administration, payroll, training and development,
employee relations, and procedural guideline interpretation. Our goal
is not only to foster effective partnerships throughout the University,
but also to create a work environment that is productive and rewarding.
Our strength is generated from the expertise of the HR staff and our
commitment to our President, Faculty, Administrators, and Staff. We
will ensure the quality of customer satisfaction for all those we
serve.
Additionally,
we will continue to be a technology driven team, striving to enhance
processes and to improve our Human Resources programs for the La
Salle community.
