Articles submitted after 4 p.m. on Wednesday will be included the following week.

Procedures for submitting Articles for the campus news

· All information must be submitted electronically. Information   given to Mail and Duplicating can:

   · be presented as an attachment to an e-mail directed to
     campusnews@lasalle.edu

    · be delivered on a CD or DVD.

· Graphics will be limited to one per article, unless a specific   need for additional graphics is articulated to the Director of   the Mail/Dup. (EX: If La Salle and another organization   partner for an event, the logos of both La Salle and the   partnering organization would certainly be permissible.)

· PLEASE NOTE: Graphics submitted may be resized to fit the   document layout.

Mail and Duplicating

University Department Endorsement
Each article submitted should clearly identify the name, phone number and department of the person placing the article. (Articles submitted through e-mail should be sent using La Salle University e-mail for authentication.)

Articles should be addressed to faculty, staff and administrators. Every effort will be made to contact the department should there be any question or difficulty with the article; however, if no one can be reached the article will not be run that week.
