Inter-Campus Mail
Campus Mail is distributed throughout the day as soon as possible after it is received. It is best to use box numbers; however, full names and departments are a minimum requirement when mailing to individual faculty and staff members.

Partial addressing is acceptable for inter-office mail that is being sent to offices on campus such as: Human Resources Office, Connelly Library, Admissions Office, etc.

When using brown inter-office envelopes use the next available address line. Do not skip one or several spaces and do not write between previously used spaces.
