Purchasing is responsible for the timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services to ensure that the educational and business goals of the University are met, while maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity. In addition to traditional purchasing and accounts payable functions, the Accounts Payable and Purchasing Department is responsible for the University's travel card program, reimbursements,

the issuance of the University's licensing agreements, and the identification of the University's capital equipment acquisitions.
