Troubleshooting La Salle E-mail Access
Review the steps below to make sure your PC settings allow you to access La Salle E-mail.
1. Verify you are using at least Internet Explorer version 6.0.
2. Clean cookies and temporary files from Internet Explorer.
3. Disable/remove popup blockers or firewalls.
4. Windows 98 Users: Check web settings in Internet Explorer.
5. Fix for error message: "Error Encountered Fetching Data".
