Right-click on My Network Places, and select Properties from the menu.
Select Wireless Network Connection, and click on Change Setting of this Connection. |

Check the box for Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings.Under Preferred networks, select La Salle Resnet Wireless from the list and click the Properties button.
If La Salle Resnet Wireless is not in the list, click the Add button. |

Select the Assosciation tab.Enter the La Salle Resnet Wireless in the text box for Network name (SSID)Select WPA2 for Network Authentication and AES for Data Encryption.If WPA2 does not appear in the drop down list, you will have to update your computer.The update is available at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=893357

Select the Authentication tab.Select Protected EAP (PEAP) as the EAP type.
Click on the Properties button. |

Clear the checkbox for Validate server certificate.Select Secured password (EAP-MSCHAP-v2) as the Select Authentication Method.
Click the Configure... button. |

Clear the checkbox to Automatically use my Windows login and password.
Click the OK button on the EAP MSCHAPv2 Properties form. |

- Click the OK button on the Protected EAP Properties form.- Click the OK button on Wireless Network Properties form.- Click the OK button on the Wireless Network Connection Properties form.- Right-click on the wireless icon on your system tray and choose View Wireless Networks.
- Select La Salle Resnet Wireless from the list and click the Connect button. |

| - A balloon message should appear on the wireless icon. The message should tell you to "Click here to select a certificate or other credentials for connection to the network La Salle Resnet Wireless ". After you click the icon you should get the following screen. |

Enter your Student Domain username and password. STUDENT should be entered for the Logon domain.
If you are authenticated successfully, you should now be connected to the wireless network and your should follow the procedure to login through Clean Access. The next time you connect to the wireless network, your computer should automatically reconnect using the username and password previously supplied. |
