Loans for Teacher Certification Students
Students pursuing just a teacher certification are considered undergraduate students for the purposes of the stafford loan. Student's pursuing a teacher certification must be enrolled for 6 credits in a semester to be eligible for stafford loans. Teacher certification borrowing limits yearly are $5,500 subsidized and $7,000, with the subsidized portion being based on a student's need.
