La Salle University’s Undergraduate Evening and Weekend programs support the educational needs of adult learners returning to school after an extended absence, students who are recently transferring from local community colleges, people looking for a career change, and professionals interested in enhancing their career options. A variety of majors are offered on a part-time basis, including nursing (ACHIEVE), business, social work, criminal justice, psychology, information technology, religion, and the online RN-to-BSN and Organizational Leadership programs.
The Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) provides professionals, individuals, and organizations with high-quality, non-degree programs that enhance skills and open up new worlds of ideas and possibilities throughout a lifetime. LLI courses engage, support, challenge, and empower learners from all age groups. The LLI offers professional development courses, corporate services, and the Center for Economic and Energy Education, as well as conferences and meetings. All of the programs are taught by skilled practitioners and designed in the time-tested Lasallian tradition of blending theory with practice, which produces an educational experience with real-world application in the workplace and in life.
The English Language Institute (ELI) is for international students who desire to pursue degree programs at La Salle University. It provides the highest quality English language instruction for students, with courses that focus on all aspects of language learning proficiency—listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The ELI is a part of and located on the campus of La Salle University, where ELI students will attend classes and enjoy meals alongside other University students.
