Throughout his La Salle career, Cesidio Colasante '98 was the dominant soccer player in Philadelphia. The only player ever to win the Philadelphia Soccer Seven Player of the Year honor three times, Colasante achieved national recognition in 1997 when he was named an All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Colasante is the all-time leading scorer in La Salle history with 76 goals and 31 assist and the only La Salle soccer player to have his number retired. Many times an All Atlantic 10 selection, Colasante was named Atlantic 10 Player of the Year in his senior season.
