What is your name and job title? I am Meredith Frankand I am an adjunct professor in the Communication Department.

Do you work at any other schools? Yes, I also work at Ursinus, Rosemont and Montgomery County Community College.

How did you get into your current profession? I had always wanted to teach college. I told Brother Gerry Molyneaux that and he gave me the opportunity.

If you could change your career today, what would you do? What is your dream job? I already have my dream job; I really do! But something I would do on the side is own my own boutique. I would love to do something with fashion.

You’re stranded on a deserted island and you can have three things from home. What do you take? I would take my two children and my husband.

Where did you grow up? I grew up in Lansdale, Pa.

What is your favorite childhood memory? I guess it would have to be playing with the neighborhood kids. Back then people didn’t worry about stuff as much as they do today. We would sit on the front steps without our parents and play hide and go seek around the entire neighborhood. I feel sorry for kids today who don’t get to experience that.

What is your educational background? I went to Thiel College in Greenville, PA. To get certified to teach, I went to Gwynedd Mercy College. I came to La Salle to get my master’s degree and I graduated from this department with my master’s in communication.

What do you do for fun? I usually play with my children. We go on day trips to different places. I also love to go to the beach. I love television, too. I get addicted to reality TV like Big Brother and The Hills.
