Sean Connors-McBride Swimming Stroudsburg, Pa. Fly/IM Senior

For the seventh time in his career, Connors-McBride was named Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week for the Explorer swim team. The award came after he finished in first place in three different events in La Salle’s tough loss to St. Bonaventure on Saturday.

Crista Ricketts Basketball Douglasville, Pa. Forward Senior

In the women’s basketball team’s opening game at Albany, Ricketts set a career high in scoring, with 27 points. She received the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week Award for the second time in her career. The Explorers won the game, 77-63, to open up their season at 1-0.
