Collegian picks NCAA Tournament champion
Adam Bagni: Florida’s Joakim Noah and Corey Brewer are just too talented a duo to lose to even Ohio State. Anthony Bonagura: Greg Oden, the most anticipated college freshman since Carmelo Anthony, will truly shine in Ohio State’s run to glory. Anthony Mallamaci: When it comes to the tournament, it’s all about experience. Florida wins the championship. Mike McDonald: After their win against Louisville in that hostile environment, nothing can stop the Texas A&M Aggies. Andrew Neumann: The Georgetown Hoyas outlast Florida in the final as Hoya Paranoia reigns again. Drew Paunil: Florida’s experience and inside presence are enough for the Gators to win it all, and they will do just that. Mike Petty: Experience will be key, as Florida will use the same starters as last year to remain on top. Kevin Prendergast: Florida has been dominant all year, and their experience will help them repeat as National Champions. Michael Rodden: Jeff Green may be the best all around player in the country, and he will lead Georgetown to the National Championship. Sam Fran Scavuzzo: Rebuffing the experts, I feel UCLA will tough it out to victory. The Bruins will use their test from Indiana to get to the title. collegia@lasalle.edu |
