O'Brien has been an adjunct professor in the Communication Department for the past two years, and resides in Great Falls, Va.  Before rejoining La Salle (he's a 1967 graduate), he spent 33 years in corporate communications with AT&T in New York and other companies in Canada, France and Hong Kong.
