Special Needs

Tickets

Tickets are not needed for the Graduate ceremony, Baccalaureate Mass, and Undergraduate ceremony (if held outdoors in McCarthy Stadium). Tickets are needed for the Graduation Gala and the Undergraduate ceremony if held indoors due to inclement weather.

Guest Seating

There is no assigned or reserved general seating for the Graduate and Undergraduate ceremonies and Baccalaureate Mass. Seating will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. The graduate and undergraduate ceremony will also be streamed in the Dan Rodden Theatre in the Union Building.

Special Needs Seating Request

Special seating accommodations include: persons with physical limitations; those with visual or hearing impairments; those who have difficulty climbing stairs because of knee, leg, or back problems, and elderly persons.

Graduate Commencement Ceremony

The special needs seating area for Graduate Commencement will be located in the back of the floor seating in the Tom Gola Arena. Due to limited seating, a maximum of one family member or friend may be seated in this section with the disabled guest. Please go to lasalle.edu/handicap-accessibility by Friday, May 12, 2017 to request special needs seating.

Baccalaureate Mass

The special needs seating area for Baccalaureate Mass will be located in the back of the floor seating in the Tom Gola Arena. Due to limited seating, a maximum of one family member or friend may be seated in this section with the disabled guest. Please go to lasalle.edu/handicap-accessibility by Friday, May 12, 2017 to request special needs seating.

Undergraduate Ceremony

The special needs section for Undergraduate Commencement will be located on the track adjacent to McCarthy Stadium if held outdoors or in the back of the floor seating in the Tom Gola Arena. Due to limited seating, a maximum of one family member or friend may be seated in this section with the disabled guest. Please go to lasalle.edu/handicap-accessibility by Friday, May 12, 2017 to request special needs seating.

ADA and Hearing Impaired Access

An ASL sign language interpreter or an oral interpreter can be made available for hearing impaired guests. Please contact the Commencement Office by phone 215.951.1900 or email commencement@lasalle.edu by Friday, May 12, 2017 to make arrangements.
