Four-Year Program

The four-year Bachelor of Science Program in Communication Sciences and Disorders provides students with the knowledge base needed to enter a master’s program in speech-language pathology. Students acquire principles of biological science, physical science, mathematics, and social/behavioral science, in addition to knowledge of the principles of basic human communication and swallowing processes. Coursework includes the biological, neurological, acoustic, psychological, developmental, linguistic, and cultural bases of basic human communication.
