Graduate Registration Procedure

(Please note: All students must complete the admissions process before registering.)

Step One
You will receive a pre-registration email about a week before your registration date. You will also find a complete on-line listing of course offerings on the Registrar's web page.

Step Two
On-line Registration dates are listed in the portal under the "Academics" link in the "Registration" area. You may register on-line using your Advisor Approval PIN found on your pre-registration form. Your Advisor Approval PIN is different from your mylasalle login PIN. Your Advisor Approval PIN changes every semester and serves as your "key" to open on-line registration. You will not be permitted to register on-line without your Advisor Approval PIN.

If you are unsure as to which course(s) you should register for, please contact your Graduate Program for advisement.

Mail-in Registration
If you do not have access to the Internet, you may mail or fax your completed pre- registration form to the appropriate program.

Holds Preventing Registration
Prior to your on-line registration date, you can login to mylasalle, go to the "Academics" link and find the "Registration" area. Once you are there, you can click "Check Your Registration Status" in the Registration Menu. If you have a hold on your record it may prevent you from registering.

General Information
Your use of the Advisor Approval PIN indicates your approval of the courses suggested by your advisor. Should you register for courses other that those suggested by your advisor, neither the University nor your advisor may be held accountable for your enrollment. Changes in your advised schedule may result in unnecessary charges, and delay your graduation.

In the event your mylasalle account is disabled or you encounter problems with the Br. LUWIS system, please contact the Office of the University Registrar at 215.951.1020 or email:
