The Office of the University Registrar verifies enrollment and student status (full-time/part-time). Various health insurers, employers, lending agencies, and other entities may request proof of enrollment or provide a forms that need to be completed.
If you are in need of an enrollment verification please complete the online form. Your information will be sent securely to our office and processed within 3-5 business days. If you have a form that needs to be completed, it can be sent to our office via mail or fax. Students may also submit a form or request a verification to our office in person.

Ordering By Mail or Fax:
Please send the original form that you need completed to the Registrar's Office (address and fax number are listed below). Be sure to include with your request a complete forwarding address or fax number where you need the enrollment verification to be sent.
Ordering In Person:
Students wanting to obtain enrollment verification in person may come to the Registrar's Office. (Hours and address are listed below).
PLEASE NOTE: It is up to the student to determine
if the verification can be sent via fax. We cannot fax a form that
requires the official seal of the University.
