Entrepreneurship is the key driver of innovation and is vital toward reaching new markets and building cutting edge teams to remain competitive.
The people who do this—who employ creative thinking, take measured risks, understand their markets, and have the courage and confidence to lead—will continue to change our world and lead us into the future.
The purpose of the La Salle Center for Entrepreneurship (LCE) is to provide students, alumni, and the community with a forum for enhancing their knowledge of entrepreneurship as well as with opportunities to engage in entrepreneurial activities.
The vision of the LCE is to be one of the leading resources in the Philadelphia region for those interested in learning about entrepreneurship, for those interested in starting their own businesses, and for entrepreneurs who wish to enhance their own businesses.
- To Serve as an Extension of the La Salle Learning Community
To incorporate entrepreneurship into the learning environment for the entire student body and ultimately to provide students with the academic, instructional, and educational opportunities needed to complete a minor in entrepreneurship as a complement to studies in their major
- To Offer a Bridge to the Philadelphia Business Community
To foster and create opportunities for students and alumni in the business community
- To Further Develop the Alumni Network
To provide meaningful alumni involvement to enhance their own entrepreneurial activities and also advance the goals of the LCE
