Wednesday, February 8 – From Idea to Opportunity, First Steps in Entrepreneurship

Most great ideas never get a chance to succeed. This workshop will discuss how to recognize a great opportunity and how to set a course for success.
Wednesday, February 29 – Million Dollar Gain or Million Dollar Loss: Is My Idea Profitable?
6:00-8:00 p.m. @ Montgomery County Center, Plymouth Meeting
Simple financial modeling is an efficient step toward determining whether your idea can be successful or not. Using two examples, our group will make that determination on two new ventures. (To have your idea used as part of the class exercise, please contact us in advance.)
Tuesday, March 20 – Financing and Fundraising for your New Venture
6:00-8:00 p.m. @ Montgomery County Center, Plymouth Meeting
Learn about different financing options to develop your concept and build your venture for success. This workshop will discuss financing options, sources of capital, and ways to create a fundraising strategy.
Wednesday, March 28 – La Salle Center for Entrepreneurship’s Hall of Fame Event
6:00-8:00 p.m. @ College Hall, Main Campus
LCE’s first Hall of Fame Event will recognize students as well as our active alumni in the world of entrepreneurship. There is no charge to attend, but registration is requested: e-mailmelick@lasalle.edu to confirm your attendance.
