Part-Time Option

Students accepted into the Part-Time Option enroll in two courses per semester. The program can be completed in  about four years at all three campuses: Main, Bucks, and Montgomery. (Although we refer to this option as part-time, enrolling in two graduate courses is considered full-time for financial aid purposes.)

Courses are scheduled at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the Fall and Spring semesters and at 6:00 p.m. in the Summer semester. Each course meets once a week.

When students enter the program, the Program Office will enroll them in their courses. Students register themselves online from the second semester on.

Full-Time Option

Students accepted and approved for the Full-Time Option enroll in four courses in the Fall and Spring semesters, and two to three in the Summer semester. Typically, students complete the program in two years; however it can take from two to three years. Some of the courses are offered during the day on Main Campus; however, most courses are scheduled at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the Fall and Spring semesters and at 6:00 p.m. in the Summer semester. Each course meets once a week.

Students attending the program full-time are not permitted to have full-time employment.  Scholarships are available for students applying to the Full-Time Program.

When students enter the program, the Program Office will enroll them in their courses. Students register themselves online from the second semester on.

Accelerated Full-Time Option (Weekend Schedule)

This is a full-time option with each course being offered two consecutive weekends.  This option only takes place at the Montgomery County Campus.  The course time is Friday night, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The sequence of courses does not vary, and all students enrolled in this option complete the program according to the schedule.

Students in this Accelerated Option will have assignments to complete before the first Friday night class meetings and for the first weekend meeting. Students will have assignments due the week in between the two weekend class meetings, and a final assignment due after the course ends.  For more details, including the schedule of courses, click here.

Students accepted into the Accelerated Full-Time Option are enrolled in courses by the Program Office, and complete the program as a cohort.
