Clinical Interests:
I am a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist.   In my clinical practice I primarily treat individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (and traits), self -harming behaviors and suicidality, Eating Disorders, Trauma, Depression and Anxiety. I practice comprehensive DBT, and as such run Skills Training Groups, consultation team and individual DBT.

I supervise students in the application of DBT theories and strategies as well as other therapies that are effective for significant emotion dysregulation.   In our team we focus on the emotion regulation of emotions such as anger, shame and fear and the cognitive/behavioral responses to those emotions.
