Stanley A. Braverman, Esq. is the Assistant Provost for Online Programs at La Salle University.  Previously, he was the Director, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Institute and the Human Capital Development program also at LaSalle University. Stan is also President of Braverman Associates, LLC, a national consulting firm specializing in workplace dispute resolution and negotiation skills workshops.  He is the former Deputy District Director for the Philadelphia District, EEOC. In that position he managed Administrative Judges, Federal Investigators, Mediators, and support staff for six-states.  Stan holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Temple University School of Law and earned both his Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor‘s degree (BS) from Drexel University. He also earned a certificate in Negotiation and Leadership from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts as well as certificates from Cornell University and Notre Dame.

Braverman is the author of RESOLVE, an award-winning mediation program that covered more than 50,000 employees worldwide. He is the architect of the 2010 EEOC Administrative Settlement Envoy (EASE) initiative at the EEOC.  Braverman was inducted into the Federal Executive Board, Partners in Equity Hall of Fame and has appeared as a guest expert on the cable television show “Law Journal Television.” He was a faculty-adviser at the Earl Mack School of Law at Drexel University for the 2010 American Bar Association Mediation Advocacy Competition and has been an adjunct faculty member at Rider University, Chestnut Hill College, and La Salle University. He earned his juris doctor from Temple University School of Law and both his MBA and bachelor’s degree in business from Drexel University.

Lynnette Clement is the Program Director for the Online Master of Science in Human Capital Development program and Chair of the Human Capital Development Advisory Board at La Salle University.  Lynnette has over 14 years of experience in higher education in several capacities as a program manager, student and adjunct faculty recruiter, new online learner LMS trainer, academic advisor, and also serves on several university committees.  She earned her undergraduate (BA) and graduate (Ed.M.) degrees from La Salle University.  Lynnette also serves as a mission volunteer at her church in Philadelphia.  Lynnette enjoys helping others achieve personal and professional goals and believes that “Ordinary people, can do extraordinary things, when provided opportunity.”  She is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Worldwide Who’s Who, and the Human Capital Institute (HCI).

Kate Danser is a student in the Online Master of Science in Human Capital Development program at La Salle University.  Kate is a Human Resources Generalist at Mathematica Policy Research, a social policy research firm headquartered in Princeton, NJ.  She received her BS in History, Elementary Education degree from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ).  Kate began her career at Mathematica as an intern and was hired into the HR department after completing her undergraduate studies at TCNJ.  Her current responsibilities are focused in recruiting and employee relations.  Kate is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Steve is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) of Philadelphia, where he heads Organizational Learning and Development as well as Staffing and Recruiting.  He also leads the Bank’s industry award winning Professional Education Program which provides learning consulting services and develops various online and blended learning programs for use by the Federal Reserve System.  Steve is also an active songwriter, composer, music arranger, rhythm guitarist and vocalist with the rock band, Second Chance.

Steve is also an adjunct professor at La Salle University where he teaches various courses on Organizational Change, Systems Theory, Leadership, and Human Capital.  He also taught a graduate course at La Salle’s Prague campus in the Czech Republic for the School of Arts & Sciences, and recently presented his work on leadership for La Salle MBA students residing in Zurich and Basel in Switzerland.   Steve is also a regularly featured professor teaching a short course in the summer on leadership, to visiting La Salle MBA students from Madrid and Barcelona.  He serves on several advisory boards and represents the FRB Philadelphia at the Center for Business and Industry at CCP.  Steve is a recipient of the Drexel University Online Award for outstanding contribution to online learning and was a finalist for the Human Resources Person of the Year in the Delaware Valley.  He is a graduate of the University of Durham, England; La Salle University, Philadelphia; and The Stonier Graduate School of Banking.  Steve also holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is an honorary member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.

Michael Higgins is the Director of Strategic Talent Management at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Mike is responsible for leading enterprise wide Talent Management activities, including employee relations, leadership and management support, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and performance management at C.H.O.P.   Mike's team also coordinates initiatives from all HR functions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.  He is an alumni of La Salle University’s Secondary Education program (B.A) and earned a M.Ed. from Penn State University-Great Valley.

Kristina is the Managing Principal of HRComputes, a management consulting firm that provides strategic guidance, program, and project management to corporate clients in order to maximize their human capital investment through technology and change management. Kristina leads the Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Strategy practice for the firm and provides strategic guidance to senior management on the value proposition of sustainable initiatives. She is a renowned speaker who has spoken at several industry events and served as a guest lecturer at University of Pennsylvania as well as the Project Management Institute.  She is currently writing a book for CRC Press entitled: “Becoming a Sustainable Organization: A Project and Portfolio Management Approach.” In addition, she has contributed articles to the online publications of Sustainable Brands and the Wharton Magazine.

Kristina brings over 25 years of executive business management experience in the corporate and not for profit sector and has served on numerous Boards.  She resides in New Jersey with her husband and children and volunteers in her community.  Kristina earned an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Project Management Institute and a certified PMP.

Lou is the Director of Career Services at La Salle University, where he began his career as Co-op Coordinator in 1980.  He resides in Blue Bell, PA with his wife and three of four children.  His current role involves working with students and employers on experiential education opportunities, managing job fairs and networking events, as well as conducting presentations and counseling students/recent graduates on all aspects of job searching and career planning.  Lou currently serves on the Student Affairs Assessment Committee and holds professional memberships with the National & Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers, the Greater Valley Forge HR Association, and the Delaware Valley Career Planners.  He earned a BA in psychology from the University of Dayton and a MSEd from Duquesne University.

Ann Parker is the Human Capital Community of Practice Manager at the Association for Talent Development (ATD), previously the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Prior to this position, Ann worked at ATD for five years in an editorial capacity, primarily for TD magazine, and most recently as Senior Writer/Editor.  In this role, Ann had the privilege of collaborating with many training and development practitioners, a variety of prominent industry thought leaders, and has developed a rich understanding of the profession's content.  In the field, Anna is known to serve as the “eyes and ears” for the human capital community.  She provides content, resources, and tools that will benefit training professionals focused on human capital via the ATD Human Capital Community website.

Ortandia Shepherd is a senior in the Online Master of Science in Human Capital Development program at La Salle University, who is determined to expand her knowledge base and network.  Ortandia’s personal statement is, “knowledge + opportunity = success.” She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of military service, social services, nonprofit sales and marketing, human resources and job readiness training.  Ortandia has conducted job readiness training for students at Strawberry Mansion High School in Philadelphia and Vocacio Technical School in Hunting Park.  She also developed and managed the Human Resources Department of a successful start-up janitorial company for three years.  Ortandia’s past projects has been serving as volunteer Sales and Marketing Manager for Eagle Eye Media & Technology, a nonprofit organization, as well as providing career planning & resume writing services for adults at Harvest Counseling.  Ortandia earned a BS in Public Health from Richard Stockton College in NJ.

Stuart Smith is the Founder and President of Targeted Performance Solutions, LLC (TPS), a management consulting firm of senior level practitioners dedicated to helping organizations enhance performance and bottom-line results, and create and sustain their desired culture at the individual, team, and organizational levels.  His areas of expertise include: strategic planning and problem solving; organizational structure, process and systems alignment; human capital management; executive coaching, leadership development, team effectiveness and optimization; and large-scale change management.  Stu brings over thirty years of experience as a management consultant, senior human resources professional and executive coach.

For the past thirty years, Stu serves as an adjunct professor in the Human Resource Development Program of Villanova University’s Graduate School as well as an adjunct professor in the Online Master of Science in Human Capital Development, Instructional Technology Management, Nonprofit Leadership, School of Business (MBA), and Organizational Leadership programs at La Salle University.  He is also Affiliated Faculty in the Graduate Program for Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania and has served in the Wharton Graduate School Leadership Development Program.  Stu holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, a Masters of Public Health in health planning and evaluation, and a Masters in Individual and Group Psychodynamics each from the University of Pittsburgh. He is also trained in Lean Six Sigma and is deeply committed to promoting social and professional sustainability. In addition to teaching and guiding professional development, Stu has held officer, chair or board positions in several for profit and nonprofit sectors.

Alicia Wright-Lewis is a senior in the Online Master of Science in Human Capital Development program at La Salle University.  Alicia is a Human Resource professional for the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Human Services.  She is a Christian, wife, and mother of 3 beautiful children.  Alicia earned a BA in Organizational Studies with a minor in Sociology from Temple University.  Her experience is in management, human resources, customer service, real estate, and marketing.  As a Leader, Alicia believes in motivating and inspiring people to be great and do exceedingly well in their professional as well as personal lives.
