GMAC
The Graduate Management Admission Council is a not-for-profit organization of graduate business schools whose purpose is to create access to graduate business education and provide products and services that add value to graduate business schools and their applicants and students, e.g., GMAT information, MBA loan programs, etc. www.gmac.com
Housing Information
La Salle offers a number of furnished apartments for graduate students. Additionally, the University will assist graduate students in identifying suitable off-campus housing. For starters, refer to the website: http://www.lasalle.edu/students/dean/commdev/bac/off-campus/housing-listings/
Scholarships and Financial Aid
The program grants partial scholarships. There are work opportunities on Campus (max 20 hrs. per week at minimum wage), and Federal Direct Loans are available to graduate students who are either US-citizens or permanent residents. Information on the loans may be obtained from the Financial Aid Office at 215.951.1070. The University also provides students with the option of deferred payment, so that students may pay in installments over the course of the semester. Information on this plan may be obtained from the Office of Student and Accounts Receivable at 215.951.1055.
La Salle offers several travel-study trips for students. The class meets before the trip to study and prepare for the different business and cultural environment that they will be exploring. During the course of the trip students visit a variety of businesses in the foreign country and have time to interact managers and learn from their experiences.
