Profile

Management Professor Steven Meisel received his B.S.  from West Chester University and his M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Group Dynamics/Organizational Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia. His teaching and research interests lie in the fields of Management Education, Organizational Behavior, and Management Skill Development. Meisel currently teaches the introductory and required Management courses in the undergraduate program and Management electives in the graduate programs of the School of Business.

Meisel is a Past President and a Fellow of the Eastern Academy of Management. He has extensive experience in conducting executive education seminars in the areas of conflict management, negotiation, and organizational change for organizations such as Crown Cork and Seal, Elliot-Lewis, Einstein Hospital, Resorts Hotel and Casino, and a large number of not-for-profit organizations. Meisel has received teaching awards for his work with executives, MBA students, and undergraduates.
