Profile
Dennis Crossen has more than 30 years of teaching and professional experience in numerous areas of business, engineering, and applicable analytics. In his professional business career, he has managed teams in the commercial and government sectors including responsibilities as technical architect for the United Nations information network, U.S. Department of State, NASA Kennedy Space Center, the Pentagon, and other culturally diverse global organizations. Crossen has been a member of several international and local standards boards including assignments on the ACT/IAC IPv6 working group in Washington, D.C., where he co-authored a white paper for determining how large organizations would manage the implementation of Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6). He has also been the Program Manager of the NASA Kennedy Space Center (KICS contract). Crossen has consulted and lectured within the continental U.S., Alaska, Cuba, Europe, Japan, the Russian Federation, and South America. He has appeared on several Comcast television programs discussing quantitative trends in business.
In addition, Crossen is a 2010 recipient of the Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship from the National Science Foundation (U.S.) in Education. He has lectured on a broad array of topics including Global Telecommunications, Technology Marketing, Global Management and Leadership, and Strategic Context of Project Management. His current research efforts are focused on the applications of quantitative models used in a disparate business environment
