The La Salle Community Center for Counseling and Psychological Services is a community service mental health clinic operated through the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program and the Clinical Counseling Master’s Program of LaSalle University.

Our Mission

•

provide ethical, quality assessment and treatment to the community at an affordable cost

•

train future psychologists and counselors, and

•

conduct relevant research to advance our knowledge base in clinical and counseling psychology

Because we are a training clinic in a clinical psychology doctoral program accredited by the American Psychological Association, we provide the most current treatments supported by scientific research. Our services include individual, child, family, couples, and group therapy, psychological assessment and diagnostic evaluation, and consultation in various areas including parenting, sport performance enhancement, school conduct, and behavioral components of medical treatments.

Specialty Clinics

In addition to providing general outpatient and consultation services the clinic has a number of specialty clinics providing specialized treatment in the following areas: Anger Management, Anxiety Management, Behavioral Medicine, Pediatric Psychology, Postpartum Depression

These specialty clinics are directed by clinical faculty in the Psy.D. Program in Clinical Psychology at La Salle University. They supervise specialized interventions in these areas based on the cutting-edge research.
