Stanley A. Braverman is the Director of the online Master of Science in Human Capital Development Program and concurrently the Director of the online Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership Program. Previously at La Salle, he was the Director of the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Institute.  He is President of Braverman Associates, LLC, a national consulting firm specializing in workplace dispute resolution and negotiation skills and the former Deputy District Director for the Philadelphia District of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  Braverman’s expertise in employment law, negotiation techniques, and workplace conflict resolution are well known nationally. He was Associate Counsel for Personnel and Ethics as well as a trial attorney for the Defense Logistics Agency with responsibility for employment law matters relating to workplace discrimination, conduct, ethics, and performance.

Braverman is the author of RESOLVE, an award-winning mediation program that covered more than 50,000 employees worldwide. He is the architect of the 2010 EEOC Administrative Settlement Envoy (EASE) initiative at the EEOC.  Braverman was inducted into the Federal Executive Board, Partners in Equity Hall of Fame and has appeared as a guest expert on the cable television show “Law Journal Television.” He was a faculty-adviser at the Earl Mack School of Law at Drexel University for the 2010 American Bar Association Mediation Advocacy Competition and has been an adjunct faculty member at Rider University, Chestnut Hill College, and La Salle University. He earned his juris doctor from Temple University School of Law and both his MBA and bachelor’s degree in business from Drexel University.

Christopher E. Lopez is a Human Resource Professional with over 13 years of experience in talent acquisition, labor/employee relations, change management, transformation management, and diversity management.  He has developed strategies that have led to permanent solutions for companies within different industries and markets. Lopez and his partners started a Human Resource Consulting practice called Bluerose Consultant Group, where he has leveraged his proven techniques within the business and the human condition for clients within small, medium, and large market segments.

Prior to working as a Senior Human Capital Professional, Lopez worked for AON Hewitt, formerly known as Hewitt Associates, where he was a Senior Analyst within the division of Multi Process Outsourcing. He worked in Human Resources Management at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education―West Chester University, ARAMARK, and the University of Pennsylvania.  Lopez also worked as a Multi-Unit Manager for Walt Disney World, Delaware North Park Services―NASA, Host Marriott Services (HMS Host), Woods Foodservice, and Polo Jeans Company.

A graduate of Cheyney University, Lopez holds a Bachelors of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. He was appointed to the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources―National Board of Directors in 2010. Lopez is also the Co-Leader within the Whine and Dine Human Resource Networking Group for Pennsylvania, the Board Chair for Cheyney University Hospitality Association, and an Assistant Wrestling Coach for “Beat the Streets Philadelphia.”

Cynthia Davies is currently the Staffing Manager for North America at DuPont Sustainable Solutions. She has served as Director of Human Resources, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition Director for Fortune 100 organizations and major companies in the greater Delaware Valley.

Davies has extensive experience in assessing and identifying human capital needs and then implementing creative solutions in the profit, private, public, and international sectors in consulting, high technology, insurance, finance, telecommunications, public accounting, and education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management from DeSales University, an MBA with Marketing and Finance concentrations from Wilkes University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Temple University. Davies holds the professional designation of SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and also works as an adjunct instructor at University of Phoenix Online.

Stephen G. Hart is an assistant vice president in Human Resources where he heads Organizational Learning and Development and Staffing and Recruiting at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He also leads the Bank’s industry award-winning Professional Education Program, which provides learning consulting services and develops various online and blended learning programs for use by the Federal Reserve System.

A native of England, Hart began working for the Fed in 1985 as a Senior Marketing Analyst in Business Development.  He went on to become the Marketing Manager and eventually the Marketing Officer and moved to Human Resources in 2003 after spending 18 months as the Bank’s Planning Officer.

Hart spent two years as an adjunct learning facilitator for NYU Online, where he co-developed and taught a synchronous online course for corporate trainers who were making the transition from corporate classroom trainer to online learning facilitator. Currently, Hart an adjunct professor at La Salle University, where he teaches various courses on Organizational Change, Systems Theory, Nonlinear Dynamics, Leadership Development, Marketing, and Human Capital.

Hart was one of the original founders of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware Distance Learning Association.  Five years ago, he was appointed as the Association’s first president and still serves in that role today. Hart also serves on the advisory board at the University of Pennsylvania’s Organizational Dynamics Education Network (ODEN), and Community College of Philadelphia’s Center for Business and Industry. In November 2007, Hart received Drexel University Online’s award for outstanding contribution to online learning and, in 2008, was a finalist for the Human Resources Person of the Year in the Delaware Valley. Hart serves on the advisory board of the Cranaleith Spiritual Center in Northeast Philadelphia where he is also a volunteer program facilitator in the Work and Spirit Series.

Hart is a graduate of the University of Durham, England, La Salle University, and The Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He also holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tomea Knight joined La Salle University in May 2010 as Director of Marketing for the College of Professional and Continuing Studies. In this role, Knight heads the College’s advertising efforts and works closely with Program Directors to promote academic initiatives. Knight has played an instrumental role in launching the Human Capital Development Program as well as the Lifelong Learning Institute and English Language Institute at La Salle.

Previously, Knight served as Associate Director of Marketing and Communications for the MBA and M.S. programs at Temple University’s Fox School of Business.  She worked very closely with the MBA admissions team, program administrators, the Graduate Career Management Center, faculty, and students to develop strategic marketing plans that boosted brand awareness and spurred interest among MBA prospects on a regional, national, and international level.  Prior to joining the Fox School, Knight’s background included experience in nonprofit fundraising and sports marketing.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rutgers University and is currently enrolled in La Salle’s Human Capital Development Program.

Senior is currently the Director of Human Resources for XFINITY Live! Philadelphia.  Prior to this position, Senior worked with TD Bank in the Human Resources Department. Senior earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in African-American Studies from Rowan University. She then went on to receive her master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. Senior is on the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Southwestern New Jersey. She has also been an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated since 1994 and is currently a member of the Pi Mu Omega Graduate chapter in Willingboro. Senior holds the professional designation of PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management at Walden University.

As a Classification Analyst, she specializes in the analysis of selected healthcare products and sales in the medical-surgical market.

Kristin Fullam is currently working as an Administrative Assistant in the Student Financial Services Office at La Salle, where she has been employed for six years following employment as an Insurance Claims Assistant. She has over 15 years’ experience in client/customer service. Fullam earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication with a minor in Psychology from La Salle and is currently enrolled in La Salle’s Master of Science in Human Capital Development Program. She is also a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society.
