Companies hire under many titles for these types of positions, including Instructional Designers, Instructional Developers, E-learning Specialists, Corporate Trainers, Project Managers, and Instructional Technologists, to name but a few. A demand exists in the market nationally and locally for instructional designers and for those trained in creating and delivering educational content for a corporate environment. La Salle’s program in Instructional Technology Management aims to provide you with the skills and background knowledge needed to train the looming workforce in, training and particularly through e-learning and computer-based initiatives. The program is offered 100 percent online with optional face to face meetings and activities throughout the year. Courses will meet both asynchronously, using discussion boards, blogs, and journals, and synchronously, using programs that allow real-time chat and video or audio web conferencing to help you stay connected with your instructors and classmates.
