Raniah Zamzamy (left), a student in La Salle’s Master of Public Health program, recently met Edna Adan Ismail, a renowned advocate for women’s health, as Ismail received the Renfield Foundation Award for Global Women’s Health. Ismail is the founder and administrator of Edna Adan Maternity Hospital in Somaliland, which is dedicated to training highly skilled nurses, midwives, and other health care professionals to care for mothers and babies in the hospital as well as in remote regions of the country.

- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Scores
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required for applicants whose native language is not English and who did not attend an English speaking undergraduate institution. The test requirement may be waived in certain cases where English language proficiency can otherwise be demonstrated. Our TOEFL code is 2363 For test locations please visit www.toefl.org.
TOEFL is offered in three testing formats: Computer-based testing (CBT), paper-based testing (PBT), and internet-based testing (IBT). Minimum scores: CBT 230/PBT 575/IBT 88)
La Salle University requires that you send your transcripts/mark sheets to the World Education Service (www.wes.org) for a course by course evaluation. The agency should then directly send us their evaluation. We must have this third-party evaluation of your transcript/mark sheets to process your application. Note: If any academic credit was granted from an academic institution outside the United States these credits must also be evaluated.
