Karen Rossi is an accomplished nurse clinician with a background in adult medical-surgical nursing with interests in gastroenterology and gerontology. She has taught clinical and didactic courses at the undergraduate prelicensure level and in the R.N. to BSN programs. Her current role as Assistant Director of the R.N. to BSN and MSN Bridge Programs has allowed her the opportunity to grow enrollment and teach in the online R.N. to BSN program.
Karen Rossi has worked as a staff nurse, an assistant head nurse, and a nurse manager of intensive care units in community hospital medical centers. She has also worked as a home health care nurse and a per-diem high school nurse. Three of her children are graduates of La Salle, and her youngest son is currently attending the University.
