It’s never too early to become involved in a professional organization. In fact, many have publications and resources, including scholarships dedicated to its student members. Psychology Department faculty are members of many professional organizations, and several faculty members serve in prominent leadership roles within them. Although the American Psychological Association is the largest psychological organization in the United States, the following is a list of other organizations to which our faculty and students belong:
In addition to professional societies, La Salle has two important organizations for psychology majors: the Psi Chi honor society and the Psychology Club.
Together, these groups organize events that involve academic, career, and social interests. Information about both clubs can be obtained in the
