No retroactive awards for previously enrolled semesters may be made.
- Register for courses for the semester in which the discount is to be applied.
- Print, complete, and submit the Employee Verification Form and required documentation to Office of the Registrar, fax: 215-951-1602 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Verification form and letter must be submitted by the tuition due date for the semester.
Employer verification form and letter must be submitted by:
- FALL SEMESTER– August
- SPRING SEMESTER – January
- SUMMER SEMESTER– May
You may be subject to a late fee if form is not received by the tuition payment due date.
The Employee Tuition Discount applies only to the tuition charged to a student’s account. It does not apply to other charges including but not limited to textbooks or course materials, experiential learning portfolios, credit by examination, parking decal, fees, fines or transcripts.
