Assistant Dean Susan Mudrick worked as a group and individual therapist at The Bridge, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program for teenagers, prior to coming to La Salle over thirty years ago. As Assistant Dean in the School of Business Administration, she provides academic advisement to business majors, oversees the undergraduate advising process, and handles administration of the undergraduate business program. She was instrumental in developing many programs and initiatives in the School of Business including the first travel study course, learning communities for business majors, business FYOs (First Year Odyssey classes), and the Business Scholars Co-op Program. She has taught Organizational Behavior and has provided training and consulting to nonprofit organizations.
Areas of Expertise
Susan Mudrick’s areas of expertise are in the School of Business curriculum, university policies and procedures, and organizational behavior and management. She is the designated person in the School of Business to advise students on non-routine matters such as study abroad, courses taken at other schools, and probation or suspension.
