|According to Paul Reilly, Director of Graduate Enrollment and Marketing at La Salle, there are 983 students enrolled in La Salle's Undergraduate Evening Division this fall. Of these students 239 are new to La Salle. These numbers represent the most credits taken since 1995 and the most registrants since 1997 in the evening. |
The School of Nursing, a driving force behind the increase represent 42% of the enrollees and 49% of the new students.
Additionally, the University's Graduate Programs are also experiencing a very strong enrollment this fall. 9078 credits are being taken by graduate students at La Salle, the most graduate credits ever and 305 credits more than last fall.
In related news, the Graduate History Program was informed by the School District of Philadelphia that 22 teachers have "signed up" to take a special graduate course that will begin on October 12.
