Program of Study

A minimum of 30 transferable credits is recommended for admission to the program.  Students must complete La Salle’s core curriculum in addition to Organizational Leadership courses prior to graduation.  (Minimum credits to graduate = 120)

The following 12 courses must be taken at La Salle University:

  • Introduction to Organizational Leadership
  • Human Resources Leadership
  • Leadership Skills: Understanding, Assessment, Development
  • Organizational Leadership and Change in Complex Adaptive Systems
  • Team Analysis and Leadership Skill Development
  • Organizational Assessment, Diagnosis, Intervention, and Evaluation
  • Senior Capstone Project
  • Writing for Business
  • Sociology of Work
  • Social Psychology
  • Industrial and Organizational Psychology
  • Organizational Communication

Other courses required to complete the bachelor’s degree may be satisfied in a variety of ways:

  • Online courses offered through La Salle University
  • Courses offered at La Salle University Main Campus and Bucks County Center
  • CLEP (College Level Examination Program)
  • Courses taken elsewhere (Special permission can be given on a course-by-course basis to take courses at other institutions; all applicable University policies must be followed in these cases and permission must be given in writing before students can proceed with registration at another institution.)
