Programs
The College of Professional and Continuing Studies meets the needs of diverse groups of learners by providing outstanding academic programs taught by dedicated faculty, at locations and in formats which allow for flexibility and convenience. The College's programs support the educational needs of adult learners returning to school after an extended absence, students who are recently transferring from local community colleges, as well as professionals interested in enhancing their career options.
The College supports the School of Arts and Sciences, School of Business, and School of Nursing and Health Sciences in offering selected majors during the evening. Courses in these majors are usually offered in the traditional 15-week format in the Fall and Spring semesters and the six-week format during the summer. Advising for these majors is provided by College of Professional and Continuing Studies advisers.

College of Professional and Continuing Studies
Organizational Leadership (curriculum progress chart)
Students in the Organizational Leadership program will gain a solid foundation in leadership skills and explore their own strengths and styles. Courses are designed to help students become more effective, productive, and creative leaders and to implement change within complex organizational structures. This program is delivered 100 percent online.
School of Arts and Sciences
Criminal Justice (view curriculum) (curriculum progress chart)
The Undergraduate program in Criminal Justice provides students with an understanding of crime and the organizations, personnel, and procedures that prevent and respond to crime. Students will learn both the theory and the practices of the criminal justice system. This program provides an excellent base for continued learning and practical preparation for positions in the criminal justice field.

The Information Technology program covers all aspects of computing technology, and focuses on how these skills are applied in an organizational and societal context. The program endeavors to provide students with all the necessary skills and knowledge required for positions within the informational technology field.

Through this program students will gain a firm foundation in the core principles, applied practices, and research methodologies necessary for the field of psychology. The program trains students to study and understand the brain and behavior while developing essential communication skills and encouraging experiential learning.
Religion (view curriculum)
The undergraduate program in Religion provides students with a solid foundation for the academic study of religion. Students will gain the necessary knowledge to continue on to graduate studies or serve in a religious leadership position. The program covers Christianity, as well as the principal religions of the world, including Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism.

The La Salle University Social Work program is designed to help students gain the necessary skills to identify and build on individual and community strength. This program strives to provide a curriculum and learning environment that is accessible to students who will make important and unique contributions in their service to clients, communities, and the profession at large. This program provides advanced standing to many master’s programs in social work.
School of Business

The undergraduate Accounting degree program emphasizes the integration of communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with knowledge in business. Students will receive a foundation in business and accounting principles, which will prepare them for careers in banking, consulting, or public and private accounting.

The General Business Administration program provides students with a greater understanding of all phases of the business process. It also aims to prepare those students with the background knowledge necessary to seek a graduate degree in a more specialized area of business.
School of Nursing and Health Sciences
ACHIEVE (view curriculum)
La Salle University’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing ACHIEVE program prepares students for the National Council’s License Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). Upon successful completion of the exam, students will become registered professional nurses ready to practice in the field. The program prepares students for graduate study in nursing while strengthening their self concept as a member of the nursing profession. Courses are offered in the evenings and on weekends and do not require you to be a Registered Nurse.
R.N. to B.S.N. - accelerated format (view curriculum)
The R.N. to B.S.N. program provides an online learning opportunity for the adult learner who has family and other life obligations and who wishes to earn a Bachelor’s degree. The coursework is designed to be relevant to clinical practices and emphasizes technology, evidence based practices, and research. La Salle University has a long standing reputation for providing one of the best R.N. to B.S.N. programs for the registered nurse.
Health Studies
The La Salle Health Studies program is designed to teach students about health care systems and the needs of vulnerable populations. Students will also gain a background in community outreach and advocacy as well as professional knowledge and skills in public health relations.

La Salle’s 2 + 2 Bachelor of Science in Business Administration option is a cohort degree-completion program designed for students who have earned an associate’s degree in business administration and wish to complete a bachelor’s degree at La Salle’s Bucks County Center.
