Despite the cold and rainy weather last Sunday afternoon (April 4th), more thanonehundred alumni and faculty from the English Department gathered in the Union Ballroom for this year’s English Majors Reunion. The event was an opportunity to meet old friends and acquaintances and to exchange news about what has happened since graduation. In addition to a buffet luncheon, the alums and faculty enjoyed a dramatic presentation by local actress Cathy Simpson.

Some of the former English majors who attended are still very much a part of the La Salle community. Pictured above are three of them: Brother Charles Gresh, Director of Major Gifts in University Advancement, John Keenan, Emeritus Professor of English, and Joseph Donovan, Assistant VP for Marketing and Communication.
