Ariyah Weinstein, from the Chabad in Newtown, Bucks County, made a presentation to Brother Joe Dougherty's Dynamics of Religion Class on Wednesday, 6 December. Because the class had read an account of the celebration of the sabbath among the Hasidic Jews of Brooklyn, this was the initial focus of Rabbi Weinstein's presentation. But, because the rabbi invited questions on all topics, and the students were particularly curious and engaged, the session ranged widely on the topic of Judaism, generally. In fact, this was the first time that many of the students had even met a rabbi.
