Philosophy Professor Mary Gilbertson published an article entitled “The Moral Reminders of Gratitude and Regret” in the May issue of Contemporary Philosophy. Her article examines the necessity of gratitude and regret in a moral agent, and offers Aristotle's practical wisdom as the virtue that could help one find the proper proportions for each of them.
