| Elizabeth McGinley, adjunct English instructor, published an essay entitled “Warming the Heart of a Homesick Nun” in the Philadelphia Inquirer on March 17. In it, McGinley reminisces about how she was sent to the principal's office on a St. Patrick’s Day many years ago because of her mother's scone (Irish soda bread).
