Students in Rich Zapille's Criminal Justice 324A course listened to Judge Ellen Seisler on April 14 and to Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey on April 21. Judge Ceisler, who previously served as the Philadelphia Police Department’s civilian oversight officer, shared her extensive experience in the policing area with students. Commissioner Ramsey exchanged ideas with the students regarding his recently announced new policing strategies for Philadelphia. |
