The Admissions Office and the Communication Department combined to host over sixty seniors visiting La Salle from four Baltimore regional high schools: Cardinal Gibbons, Calvert Hall, Mercy Academy, and Mt. Carmel.
Joe Molyneaux, '54, encouraged the schools to arrange the visit; and Craig Dodson, Associate Dean of Admission, coordinated their transportation and the events for the day. In addition to the campus tour, a short orientation program, and lunch provided by the Admissions office, the students participated in classes taught by Brother Edward Sheehy, F.S.C., (History), Sid MacLeod (Communication), and Brother Gerry Molyneaux. F.S.C. (Communication). Faculty and staff members from the Guidance Departments of the four schools accompanied the students. |
