| Eighteen students from Thomas Wolf's Institutional and Community Corrections class toured and spoke with staff and residents at the Kintock Group Community Corrections Center, located on Erie Avenue in Philadelphia on April 21. The Kintock Center houses 340 residents who are completing their Pennsylvania minimum sentence or who have been paroled to reside there before returning home. |
