Jenna Mehnert, MSW, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), spoke to students in the Preparation for Professional Practice course taught by Dr. Bonni H. Zetick, Assistant Professor of Social Work, on September 21. Mehnert talked about careers in social work, current legislation affecting social work practice, and the importance of NASW in advocating for both social policy and the profession of social work.
